This high quality industrial flexible endless length PVC base nylon belt brush is specially manufactured for continuous surface cleaning, dust wiping, material brushing and residue removal on automated conveyor machinery and production lines.

Made of tough 0.8mm white nylon filaments, the bristles are flexible yet highly wear-resistant, not easy to break, shed or deform during long-time cyclic operation. It can effectively sweep away dust, powder, leftover scraps and surface contaminants on workpieces or conveyor surfaces without scratching the contacted materials.

The flexible endless loop PVC belt base features strong tensile strength and good bending performance, allowing smooth operation on conveyor rollers. Densely and neatly implanted bristles maintain stable and uniform contact pressure against the workpiece surface to realize consistent, full-surface continuous brushing. 

Custom sizes are available to suit various types of automatic equipment. Widely applied in stone processing lines, food conveyor systems, textile machinery, glass cleaning lines and other industrial surface brushing applications.
