Huixi Brush is a professional formed strip brush manufacturer based in Shanghai, China. Our formed strip brushes are produced by bending and shaping standard strip brushes — bristles set in a U-shaped metal channel — into a wide variety of custom configurations including coils, cups, discs, rings, arcs, and curved profiles. This versatility makes formed strip brushes an ideal solution for sealing irregular openings, circular ports, cable entry points, and custom-shaped gaps in industrial equipment.

Available Shapes

• Coil / spiral brushes — Strip brush wound into a continuous spiral coil. Used as rotary cleaning or sealing brushes on cylindrical surfaces and roller applications. Note: these differ from our dedicated spiral wire brushes, which use an inward or outward coil for descaling and rope cleaning.
• Cup brushes — Strip brush formed into a cup or bowl shape with bristles facing inward. Used for sealing around shafts, pipes, and cylindrical protrusions passing through panels or enclosures.
• Disc / ring brushes — Strip brush formed into a flat circular ring. Commonly used as grommet brush seals around cable and pipe penetrations in walls, panels, and equipment enclosures.
• Arc and curved brushes — Strip brush bent to a specific radius or curve to seal or clean along non-straight edges, curved surfaces, or custom-shaped openings.

Construction

All formed strip brushes are built from a U-shaped galvanized steel or stainless steel channel holder with bristles crimped and locked securely in place. The metal channel is then bent or formed to the required shape. Custom inner diameter, outer diameter, arc radius, and overall dimensions are manufactured to order.

• Polypropylene — Chemical-resistant for wet or harsh environments
• Stainless steel wire — For heavy-duty sealing or applications requiring metal bristles
