Types of Tube Brushes

Test tube brushes — Twisted-wire brushes with nylon, cotton, or natural fiber bristles for cleaning laboratory glassware, test tubes, flasks, and small-diameter vessels. Available in a wide range of diameters and lengths. Also used for oiling, dusting, and general light-duty cleaning of small cylindrical items.

Tube deburring brushes — Abrasive nylon or wire-fill brushes for removing burrs, sharp edges, and surface contamination from the inner bore of tubes and pipes after cutting, drilling, or machining. Available for hand-held and power tool use with threaded or plain shank connections.

Wire pipe brushes — Steel wire, stainless steel wire, and brass wire twisted brushes for heavy-duty cleaning of boiler tubes, condenser tubes, heat exchanger tubes, and industrial pipe systems. Thread-connect and plain handle options available for manual and machine-driven use.

Chimney cleaning brushes — Large-diameter wire or polypropylene brushes for sweeping soot, creosote, and debris from chimney flues, stove pipes, and ventilation ducts. Available in round and square profiles to suit different flue shapes.

CPAP tube cleaning brushes — Flexible, soft-bristle brushes for cleaning CPAP machine hoses and medical tubing. Extra-long and highly flexible construction allows the brush to reach through the full length of the hose without kinking.
