Huixi Brush is a professional end brush manufacturer based in Shanghai, China. End brushes are cylindrical or cup-shaped brushes mounted on a straight shank, designed to work along their end face rather than their side face — allowing them to reach into holes, slots, cavities, and confined spaces that other brush types cannot access. They are used in electric drills, die grinders, rotary tools, and CNC machining centers for deburring, cleaning, surface finishing, and polishing.

Types of End Brushes

Wire end brushes — Steel, stainless steel, or brass wire filaments for aggressive rust removal, scale cleaning, weld bead cleaning, and surface preparation inside holes, slots, and recessed areas. The wire construction provides maximum cutting action for heavy-duty applications.

Abrasive nylon end brushes — Silicon carbide or aluminum oxide abrasive nylon filaments for deburring, surface conditioning, and light finishing inside bores and cavities. Non-sparking, rust-resistant, and safer for use on aluminum and non-ferrous metals. Abrasive grit is impregnated throughout the filament for consistent performance throughout the brush life.

• Carbon steel wire — Aggressive cleaning and rust removal inside ferrous metal holes and cavities
• Stainless steel wire — For stainless steel workpieces or where carbon contamination must be avoided
• Brass wire — Softer wire for non-ferrous metals and spark-sensitive environments
• Abrasive nylon (SiC / Al₂O₃) — Deburring and surface finishing with controlled material removal and no wire breakage risk
