Medium hard nylon bristle black roller brush for cleaning

This medium hard black nylon roller brush is constructed with densely implanted medium-hard black nylon bristles, which possess excellent resilience and wear resistance, resisting fatigue and bristle fall-out under long periods of continuous rotary operation. These sturdy nylon bristles are securely anchored to a solid plastic tube core.

The plastic tube has an outer diameter of 82mm and an inner bore of 50.5mm, allowing stable and convenient mounting onto the rotating shaft of cleaning equipment. This cylindrical roller brush comes with a standard overall diameter of 210mm and total working length of 430mm, forming a well-proportioned round brush body that rotates evenly to maintain consistent contact with workpieces. As a practical industrial cleaning brush, it is widely applied on automatic conveyor systems, washing machinery and processing lines to sweep dust, strip sticky residues and perform gentle light deburring without scratching the material surface.
