This cylindrical industrial cleaning brush is designed for heavy-duty industrial cleaning scenarios. It can be installed on automatic cleaning machines, conveyor lines and washing equipment to continuously remove dust, dirt, residues and impurities on workpiece surfaces. The cylinder brush body runs stably without obvious shaking. It is a durable and cost-effective industrial cleaning accessory to improve your cleaning efficiency and reduce manual labor.

We adopt high-quality nylon filaments as brush material, featuring great flexibility, outstanding wear resistance and good water resistance. The bristles are tightly implanted into the roller hub with advanced technology, which effectively avoids bristle falling off under long-time high-speed rotation. We support custom parameters including brush diameter, working length, bristle length, bristle density and inner hole size. Besides nylon, optional bristle materials cover PP fiber, abrasive nylon and stainless steel wire to match different processing requirements such as cleaning, dedusting, light deburring and surface polishing. The roller hub can be plastic or metal according to customer demand. Each brush will go through strict inspection before packing to guarantee stable performance and long service life.
