Types of Door Seal Brushes

Aluminum carrier door seal brushes — The most common type for industrial and commercial installations. Nylon or polypropylene bristles are set into an extruded aluminum channel in H, F, T, or Y profile shapes. Suitable for mounting on the bottom, sides, or top of doors. Available in standard silver anodized or black anodized aluminum profiles.

Self-adhesive door seal brushes — Brushes with a peel-and-stick adhesive backing for quick installation without drilling or screws. Ideal for retrofitting existing doors or applications where a minimal-profile seal is required. Suitable for both internal and external door gaps.

Plastic base door seal brushes — Bristles set into a PVC or plastic channel base. A lightweight and cost-effective alternative to aluminum carriers, suitable for lighter-duty sealing applications and windows.

Bristle Materials

• Soft nylon (fine filament) — For applications requiring a very gentle seal without scratching adjacent surfaces
